根据英国A-Level课程和IGCSE课程体制，汉阳外校科德学院ADCOTE SCHOOL WUHAN (HANYANG CAMPUS)提供3年制和3.5年制的学制课程。学生在第一年（或第一、二年）以IGCSE课程为主要内容。进入高二课程阶段，学生将按照自己的兴趣、特长、未来大学专业方向等进行A-Level课程学习。
Following the British A-Level and IGCSE curriculum systems, Adcote School Wuhan (Hanyang Campus) offers both 3-year and 3.5-year academic programs. In the first year (or first and second years), students primarily study the IGCSE curriculum. Upon entering the Grade 11 stage, students will pursue A-Level courses based on their interests, strengths, and intended university majors.
01. 个性化小班教学 Small class teaching
学校实施小班教学模式，每个班级的学生人数控制在20人以内，确保师生比例合理，每位学生都能得到充分的关注和指导。晚自习期间，执行“一师一班”制度，老师利用晚自习时间为学生进行答疑，确保学生在课后也能获得及时的辅导和支持。
The school implements a small-class teaching model, with each class limited to 20 students, ensuring a reasonable teacher-student ratio and that every student receives adequate attention and guidance. During evening study sessions, a “one teacher per class” system is in place, allowing teachers to answer students’ questions and ensure timely support beyond regular class hours.

The school adopts a “one student, one plan, one schedule” strategy, providing personalized university guidance and planning based on each student’s characteristics and needs. 03. 个性化分层教学 Tailored Teaching
除常规教学之外，学校根据每位学生的综合学术能力，开展培优补差个性化教学辅导，为冲击牛津剑桥和英国G5等世界名校的学生开展国际学术竞赛课程、附加考试如STEP、PAT、EPQ、MAT、TUMA等、学科拓展、行走课程以及牛津、剑桥大学、帝国理工、香港大学等名校的面试强化辅导，帮助每一位同学成就更好的自己。
Beyond regular instruction, the school provides personalized tutoring to strengthen students’ strengths and address their weaknesses based on their overall academic ability. 04.导师制与学生发展 Mentor System and Student Development
学校实行3人导师制，每个学生都有由学科老师、德育老师、升学老师组成的导师团队全方位服务，让学生体会到被关注的感觉，随时解决学生的问题，缩小老师和学生的距离。同时，学校还建立了学生奖励体系，激励学生积极参与至少一项社团活动，并在其中取得实质性成果，真正做到“让每个学生都被看到”。
The school implements a three-person mentor system, where each student is supported by a mentor team consisting of a subject teacher, a moral education teacher, and a university guidance teacher. The school places great emphasis on interaction and communication between home and school. 本科毕业于内蒙古师范大学数学教育专业，后获香港大学整合营销传播研究生文凭。曾任浙江宁波知名国际学校中学部中方校长、深圳国际学校学区校长。荣获全国教育系统先进教育工作者、省级数学学科带头人、省级优秀教育工作者、市政府“名校长、名教师”等称号。发表国家级论文十三篇，主持国家级课题六项，著有《我的教学感悟》。
Mark Lv is a Senior Secondary School Teacher and the Principal of Adcote School Wuhan. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Inner Mongolia Normal University and a postgraduate diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Hong Kong. He previously served as the Chinese Principal of the Secondary School at a renowned international school in Ningbo, Zhejiang, and as the District Principal of an international school in Shenzhen. His honors include being recognized as a National Advanced Educator, a Provincial Mathematics Subject Leader, a Provincial Outstanding Educator, and a recipient of the municipal “Distinguished Principal and Distinguished Teacher” award. He has published 13 national-level research papers, led six national-level research projects, and authored the book My Teaching Reflections.
